The Caretakers role will be to provide assistance in relation to:
- Manage and maintain common property, building maintenance/ repairs
- Control the use if common property
- Organise trades people to attend your property – saving you time
- Act as the middle person between strata manager and owners corporations
- Cost effective body corporate cleaning and maintenance
- Liaise with trades people to save you time
- Undertake body corporate cleaning to an agreed schedule
- Maintaining the building and surrounding grounds in a neat and tidy manner
- Maintaining a pleasant atmosphere and relations with residents
- Organise and supervise move in & move outs
- Handle trades persons, basic electrical and plumbing, painting, and housekeeping
