Prime Cleaning & Maintenance clean, maintain, caretake and manage high & low rise residential buildings in INNER city Melbourne. Prime have been leaders in the provision of property services to Inner City residential buildings for over 20 years and are very proud of our property portfolio (60+ buildings) which includes some of Melbourne’s most prestigious buildings.
Positions available: Caretakers (working between the hours of 8am to 4pm and evening hours 3pm to 11pm),
Applicants MUST have:
- CLEANING EXPERIENCE
- Excellent references
- Be well presented
- Speak good English
- Able to communicate well with residents and fellow staff
- Be able to work independently
- Show Initiative
- Must be an Australian citizen or have Permanent Residency.
- Police Checks will be required
Hourly rates are between $17.00 and $21.00 per hour (plus Holidays,Sick leave etc.) depending on building size and experience.
PRIME Caretaking is a position of employement that aims maintain and care for a building/property. The Caretakers role will be to provide assistance in relation to:
- Manage and maintain common property, building maintenance/ repairs
- Control the use if common property
- Organise trades people to attend your property – saving you time
- Act as the middle person between strata manager and owners corporations
- Cost effective body corporate cleaning and maintenance
- Liaise with trades people to save you time
- Undertake body corporate cleaning to an agreed schedule
- Maintaining the building and surrounding grounds in a neat and tidy manner
- Maintaining a pleasant atmosphere and relations with residents
- Handle trades persons, basic electrical and plumbing, painting, and housekeeping
- Our goal is to add value to your property
