Prime Cleaning & Maintenance clean, maintain, caretake and manage high & low rise residential buildings in INNER city Melbourne. Prime have been leaders in the provision of property services to Inner City residential buildings for over 30 years and are very proud of our property portfolio (60+ buildings) which includes some of Melbourne’s most prestigious buildings.
Positions available: Cleaner (working between the hours of 8am to 4pm and evening hours 3pm to 11pm),
Applicants MUST have:
- CLEANING EXPERIENCE
- Excellent references
- Be well presented
- Speak good English
- Able to communicate well with residents and fellow staff
- Be able to work independently
- Show Initiative
- Must be an Australian citizen or have Permanent Residency.
- Police Checks will be required
Hourly rates are between $17.00 and $21.00 per hour (plus Holidays,Sick leave etc.) depending on building size and experience.
This position has been developed based on the scope of works and the required services of a cleaning:
- Common area cleaning (foyers, lobbies, gyms, bathrooms etc.)
- Emergency cleaning
- Carpet steam cleaning
- Hard floor treatments
- High pressure cleaning
- General outdoor maintenance
- Handyman and basic routine maintenance
- Hard rubbish removal
- Graffiti Removal
- Waste Removal and Management
